Storage Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Items not to be stored: Illegal or stolen property, explosive, flammable or liquid items. No food storage allowed.

-Please no smoking in any building at any time.

-You must give Storage King WRITTEN NOTICE of change of address and/or telephone number.

-Pay rent on time! We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account maybe reflected in your credit report.

-Until further notice Storage King will operate from King Motor Sales located on 155 Portsmouth Ave, Exeter NH 03833. Please make checks payable to Storage King LLC.

-You shall be considered in default if your rental payment is past due or if you breach any of the terms of your Rental Agreement. In the event of such default, we will exercise our option to begin legal proceedings in accordance with state law to gain possession of your unit and sell your property.

-You must lock your unit and you must use your own lock. No employee of Storage King will accept a key to your unit unless an agreement has been signed with Storage King.

-No deliveries will be accepted by Storage King LLC

-You must provide your own trash bags for the removal of any trash from your unit.

-Rent is due on the first day of each month.

-You must give at least 10 days written notice prior to vacating. On the day you vacate, your unit must be swept out and inspected. If Storage King has to clean your unit or dispose of property left on the premise you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 cleaning fee.

-You must provide your own insurance for your stored property. Storage King does not provide any insurance and assumes no liability for loss or damage to your property stored or located on the premises.
